choice in fashion for men, seamlessly blending online and offline experiences. We have

grown 2x YoY over the last 4 years and now have a strong D2C as well retail presence

across 30+ stores.

To fuel the next leg of growth, we are looking to build a world-class founder’s office team

with smart generalists to work on top priorities for leadership and lead new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations

Assist in planning and executing fund-raising rounds, including investor outreach,

preparing pitch decks & financial models, and assisting in the diligence process.

Serve as a point of contact for investor queries, prepare regular MIS reports and

investor presentations to communicate key business updates.

Ensure compliance with all investor-related statutory requirements pre and post

funding closure.

Leadership Support & Strategic Alignment

Collaborate with the Founder and senior leadership to define organizational

objectives and translate them into actionable team goals.

Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders to ensure

smooth communication and alignment on strategic priorities via periodic business

reviews.

New initiatives

Part of the team to develop and refine the company’s long-term strategy, in line

with growth priorities and evolving market dynamics.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify opportunities for new business

categories or channels, generate data-driven insights, and lead 0-to-1 execution

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability

across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience in consulting, investment banking or prior founders’ office/similar roles

experience at a fast paced startup

Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.

Deep understanding of category trends and consumer behaviour.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proficiency in using marketing and analytics software
