Description:

We will be launching our first game called ‘Seekers of Shiva’ on Mahashivratri (15th

February 2026). The game is about the journey of a young devotee who believes Shiva

to be the ultimate super hero and goes on a quest of the 12 Jyotirlingas to find Shiva.

The students will directly work with our CTO (ex-SpaceX) to program the game

mechanics in Unreal Engine. This will involve coming up with algorithms for game

systems and also setting up data pipelines to accelerate game production, testing and

distribution.

Required Skills & Traits:

- Sound understanding of computer science fundamentals

- Strong understanding of C++

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms

- Ability to design and optimise algorithms

- Former experience of game development in Unreal engine

- Active interest in gaming

- Ability to set up ML pipelines for accelerating game development process

- Interest in Indic knowledge systems and cultural story telling

Expected Outcomes:

- The students will be directly involved in programming the video game, this will involve

coming up with algorithms to program the game systems and game mechanics.

- The students will work towards optimising game art pipelines using generative AI

- The students will be involved in setting up playtesting sessions, collecting feedback and

analysing playtest data

- We are planning a soft launch of the game in late November
